Disney’s High School Musical

November 25 – December 5, 2010

Disney's smash hit musical comes to life on stage! High School Musical is a story about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy, the captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella, a beautiful and shy transfer student who excels in math and science. Together, they try out for the lead parts in their high school musical, and as a result, divide the school. Despite other students' attempts to thwart their dreams, Troy and Gabriella resist peer pressure and rivalry, inspiring others along the way pursue their dreams.

Improv Troupe

IMPROV

This madcap theatrical genre is taught by St. Albert Children’s Theatre alumnus Matt Alden. Matt has extensive experience working in and around the Edmonton theatre community as an actor and as a regular cast member with Rapid Fire Theatre, Die-Nasty and the new comedy television series Caution: May Contain Nuts.

The basic age for all the classes is 12 – 19 years. If you’ve never taken Improv before, please register for the Introduction to Improv and Theatresports class. Matt will place students in the appropriate classes based on skill level.
